Shopping on line with THE COUNTRY LINEN COMPANY
Products may be purchased from www.countrylinen.co.uk by completing the online order process via PayPal or submitting credit or debit card details via a secure server. Any orders placed will be confirmed via a confirmation email sent to the address supplied at the time of ordering. It will NOT include any card numbers or details. Receipt of this confirmation email simply confirms that your order has been received and acknowledged. You will then be sent a second email detailing the estimated delivery time, and further advice and information if the item is temporarily unavailable or out of stock.

It is important to us that our customers are happy with their purchase and enjoy their shopping experience with us and every effort has been made to provide you with accurate information for the products shown on our site. Should you require further information about an item, please call and we will be happy to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for distorted product images, or accurate colour reproduction on your computer monitor.

All prices displayed are in British Pounds (Sterling). All products have the price clearly indicated and we make every effort to ensure that these prices are both competitive and accurate. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed prior to completion of your order. Please ensure that you review the total order amount prior to confirming your order to avoid any later confusion.
RETURNS POLICY
Please contact us by email at info@countrylinen.co.uk and advise us that you wish to return the item for an exchange or refund. We are pleased to offer an exchange or refund if the item is returned unused in its original condition within 7 days of the purchase date, the cost of the postage to be paid by you the customer.
